2020학년도 후기 학위수여식은 코로나19 예방 및 확산방지를 위해 온라인(비대면)으로 개최합니다.

   가. 학위수여식  
       1) 학위수여일 : 2021.08.18(수) 
       2) 진행방식 : 코로나19 예방 및 확산방지를 위해 온라인(비대면) 학위수여식 개최  
          ※ http://commencement.khu.ac.kr 홈페이지에 학위수여식 영상 게시 

   나. 졸업주간 운영 
       1) 배경 : 졸업자 및 가족들이 정해진 기간에 학교를 자유롭게 방문하여 졸업에 대한 축하와 기쁨을
                   함께할 수 있도록 졸업주간 운영  
       2) 운영기간 : 2021.08.18(수) ~ 08.23(월) 
       3) 포토존 : 평화의전당 야외, 본관 분수대 앞에서 코로나19 지침을 준수하여 운영
       4) 졸업주간에는 학위증 제시 시  무료 주차 가능

    다. 졸업자 및 방문객들은 코로나19 관련 유의사항을 준수해주시기 바랍니다.

2020학년도 후기 호텔관광대학 졸업 가운 배부 일정 및 대여료에 관한 사항을 아래와 같이 안내합니다.
This is the notice about the graduation gown rental and distribution of the certificate of graduation.
Please, see the below for english explanation. Contents are eligible to be changed without notice.

※ 코로나19로 인해 학위수여식은 온라인으로 진행되며 졸업가운은 학과를 나누어 대여를 진행합니다.
   학과 대여 일정에 맞추어 대여 부탁드립니다.
   (인원이 몰릴 경우, 바이러스 확산 우려가 있어 양일 오전/오후로 시간 배분)
  * 코로나19로 대여수량이 축소되었으니, 대기가 발생할 수 있음
For COVID-19 issues, we split the period for avoiding large scale crowd issue. (you might wait due to the reduction of a number of gowns for virus issue.)

※ 반드시 잔돈을 맞춰서 대여료 지불하셔야 합니다. 잔돈을 맞춰오지 않으면 대여가 불가합니다.
You must pay the exact amount of rental fee or you cannot borrow the gown.

※ 가운 대여는 대여 일자 외에 절대 대여하지 않습니다.
   (학생 개별 사정(해외 체류, 직장 근무, 질병)으로 인한 대여 절대 불가)
You only can borrow at the official rental period. (No exception: Stay abroad, Personal disease etc.)

※ 8월 18일 ~ 19일 배정된 시간에 가운 대여가 불가능한 학생은 학과에 상관없이 8월20일 가운대여가 가능합니다. 수량파악을 위해 희망자가 있다면 haksa@khu.ac.kr 로 이메일 송부 바랍니다. (8월 17일(화)까지)
인원과 규모를 정리하여, 신청자 대상으로 가운대여일자를 추가로 운영할 예정입니다.

 
2. 학위증 배부 안내(※ 졸업가운대여와 동시 진행)

   1) 배부 일정 : 가운대여 일정과 동일    
       ※ 학위증 수령 불가 시, 추후 행정실에서 수령 가능하나, 가능한 빨리 기한 내 수령바람
   2) 배부 장소 : 호텔관광대학 워커힐홀(본관102호)
   3) 수령 방법 : 방문 및 본인 서명 후 수령
   4) 부득이한 사유로 대리 수령하고자 할 경우, 사전에 대리수령에 동의한다는 내용과 함께
       대리 수령자 정보 (이름, 학번, 연락처 등)를 haksa@khu.ac.kr 로 보내주셔야 합니다. 


[Englsih Notice]
Regarding the Commencement 2020 February, refer to the details of graduation gown rental schedule and
rental fee.

1. Guide of gaduation gown rental
   1) Rental date and time :           

     2021. 08.18(수,WED)  09:30~ 12:00 호텔경영학과(Hotel Major)
                                            13:30~16:00 호텔경영학과(Hotel Major)
     2021. 08.19(목,THU)   09:30~12:00 컨벤션경영학과/외식경영학과/조리서비스경영학과(Convention/Culinary/Foodservice Major)
                                            13:30~16:00 관광학과/문화관광콘텐츠학과/문화관광산업학/조리산업학과(Tourism/Culture-content Major)

   2) Return due : Same day return 16:30 까지 (당일대여, 당일반납이 원칙 / 18일 대여 후, 19일 반납 불가능) 
       (Only one day rental is possible / If you rent 18th, you must return it 18th)(cannot return 19th.))
   3) Location of rental : 호텔관광대학 워커힐홀(Walkerhill Hall)(본관(Main B/D) 102호)
   4) Rental fee: ?53,000(KRW) (including ?3,000 for laundry)  
        ※ You must pay exact amount of money. There won't be any balance exchange. 
   5) After using a gown and a cap, will check whether the cap is damaged(e.g. defection of parts) when returning it. If repairment is required, the repair fee(?10,000) and laundry fee(?3,000) must be paid.
    6) You must pay for the loss. ?38,000 per gown (including laundry expenses)
        and ?18,000 per cap (including laundry expenses) for non-return. 

 
2. Distribution of the certificate of a degree(diploma)(Not applicable for Chinese)

   1) Date : Same as the period of rental gown
       ※ If you can't get the certificate d-day, please come to the office ASAP after the commencement.
   2) Place of distribution : Walkerhill Hall (College B/D, Room 102)
   3) How to : Visit the place and receive after leaving your signature. (Classified by department.)
   4)  If you can't take the certificate on your own with inevitable reasons(Stay abroad), 
          you must send e-mail to haksa@khu.ac.kr, who will get the certificate instead of you in advance.
          (send his/her student ID, contact, your agreement that you delegate your authority.)
